Product Availability
The availability of products offered by MIGUEL CARRETÓN ILUSTRACIÓN may vary depending on demand.
Most of the artworks presented are limited editions and, once the units belonging to a particular edition are sold out, they will not be reproduced.
In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, MIGUEL CARRETÓN ILUSTRACIÓN will notify the customer within a maximum of 3 working days to confirm:
an estimated shipping date, a possible replacement, or the cancellation of the order.
If none of the proposed options are satisfactory, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Payment Methods

Shipping and Returns
MIGUEL CARRETÓN ILUSTRACIÓN ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping costs are as follows:
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Orders under €100 incur a shipping fee of €6 for both mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Products are shipped through CORREOS. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.
All goods are fully covered against transport risks, loss and handling damage, and will be delivered to the address provided in your order.
The courier company will deliver the goods after verifying the information required to identify you as the customer, as well as the number of packages included in the shipment.
All products from MIGUEL CARRETÓN ILUSTRACIÓN are carefully prepared and packaged under the best possible conditions.
If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery or if there are any errors in the order, you must record these circumstances on the courier’s delivery note and notify us within 24 hours by emailing hola@miguelcarreton.com.
You should always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition, as claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
The customer shall have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalty and without the need to state any reason.

Return Following Withdrawal

The return must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal from the contract is formally communicated.
The deadline shall be considered met if the customer sends the product before the expiry of the aforementioned period.
The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Refund Following Withdrawal
Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
MIGUEL CARRETÓN ILUSTRACIÓN may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until proof of return has been provided by the customer, whichever occurs first.
Return of Defective Products
